Community Service

We hope that serving the community becomes as much of a lifelong habit as running for each member of our team. Athletes will have several opportunities to engage in service over the course of the season including but not limited to:

Adopt-A-Spot: Timnath Cross Country has adopted a stretch of Buss Grove road in Timnath in front of the entrance to Timnath Reservoir. We will commit a few mornings per year to cleaning and maintaining this spot. Athletes are encouraged to visit this spot to keep it clean during other times as well.

Dates for 2022: June 29, August 6, September 17, November 12

Race Volunteering: Athletes will have the chance to volunteer at road races in Northern Colorado. Many of these opportunities will also be fundraising for our team.

Feeder Run Clubs: To encourage healthy, active lifestyles amongst our younger community members, we hope to have our athletes volunteer with run clubs at Timnath Elementary, Bethke Elementary, and/or Bamford Elementary. More details to come.
